Join us as (Senior) Publisher Sales Manager, NucleusLinks (m/f/d) on a critical next chapter of our journey, where we're taking NucleusLinks to new markets and expanding our services and client universe internationally.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Bring our NucleusLinks Saas product to the market focussing on the Europe and UK
  • Own sales process to meet and exceed annual and quarterly company revenue targets
  • Unlock your network: open new partnerships, close deals, and grow long-term relationships and revenue
  • Upselling: nurture relationships within our existing partnerships, identify opportunities for upselling and expansion
  • Collaboration with marketing: work closely with Nucleus’s marketing team to align on product promotion
  • Representation: travel as needed to represent Nucleus at client meetings and conferences Europe and worldwide

About you:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the digital publisher landscape with an understanding of the affiliate and coupon industry
  • 5 years of successful SaaS sales experience with personal responsibility for 6-7 figure annual account volumes
  • Proven track record in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and achieving sales targets
  • Demonstrated leadership in consultative selling, objection-handling, focused on large organizations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent written, persuasive speaking and contract negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the (media) industry
  • A credible, trusted profile in the industry - evidenced for example through strong personal network preferably in Europe and UK , visibility at conferences and gatherings or ability to create thought-provoking content
  • Strong analytical skills, leveraging data insights for decision-making and client success
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
  • Native English speaker, plus preferably proficiency in German
  • Preferably based in Berlin with willingness and ability to travel
